Does the Community plan have server or job limits?

No. You can run as many Linux servers with Docker as you want, with as many jobs as you want. No artificial feature gates — every cluster feature (HA, router, certificates, metrics, logs) is in Community.

Why publish prices for all three paid tiers?

Because mandatory "contact sales" is hostile. You should be able to decide if Business fits your budget without booking a call. Prices are frozen for the duration of an existing contract — no retroactive changes.

Can I use Community in commercial production?

Yes. You can embed HeroCtl in your product, offer hosting on top of it, or sell SaaS running on it — no additional licensing required.

What happens if the company behind HeroCtl winds down?

In Community, the binary keeps working — no phone-home, no kill-switch. In Enterprise, the source-code escrow contract delivers source to paying customers via a third-party custodian, so you can keep maintaining the platform internally.

Is support available in English?

Yes. The support team works in Brazilian business hours (UTC−3) and replies in English or Portuguese. Business SLA is 4h during BR business hours; Enterprise is 1h, 24×7.

Are there discounts for startups, non-profits, or education?
